We visited Open House Ministries in downtown Vancouver! We presented to the kids there and set up some STEM crafts for them.

We scrimmaged at Union High School with 17077 Adna Robotics, 21379 Adna 2 Robotics, and 6559 Geared Reaction!

We met up with an industrial designer at HP and demoed our robot to many other technical professionals!

We delivered a meal to our local Safe Stay Community, a homeless shelter!

One of our sponsors, Columbia/Okura, offered us a tour of their big robots. We even brought along a student from our summer robotics camp and a student from FRC 2811 StormBots!

Gifts of the Magi is an event at our local food pantry where kids pick out presents for their parents. We brought our STEM community there. Kids were able to drive a robot and win a 3-D print. We also demoed our competition robot and handed our 3-D printed pots.

We scrimmaged with Escape Velocity 14343 and Titanium Talons 11970! 

Our mechanical lead met Rob at Shur-Way while picking up plywood. Rob, curious about the purchase, learned that it was for the robotics team. Enthused by the idea, Rob asked for contact information and invited our lead to test the CNC router.

Dave Zumstein from DZ and Family Machine Works generously volunteered to cut our side plates from aluminum with his abrasive water jet! We even got a tour of the building!

We crossed the border to Oregon to Lake Oswego High School for FTC Centerstage Kickoff 2023!

Tibi and Marvin from Adidas gave us a tour of the Adidas Maker Lab! We got to see Adidas' huge sewing machines, human-sized 3D printer, and experimental shoe designs.

Professor Tan, from Washington State University, showed us around their Mechanical Engineering Building.

We joined with 4-H Robotics at the Clark County Fair in showing off all of our robots and spreading the STEAM message to our local community.

June, July, and August, 2023

We went to the Downtown Alley Flea Market twice to fundraise and show off our robot. We had a great time, and our new members got a look into the outreach aspect of robotics.

July 4th, 2023

On the fourth of July, we went to the Salmon Creek Farmer's Market! We demoed our robot and sold 3D prints and potted plants.

June 28th to August 1st, 2023

We hosted a Summer Robotics Camp for elementary and middle school students. We explored CAD (3-D computer-aided design ) and coding. These students even built their own small robots! 

June 24th and July 1st 2023

We teamed up with our local food pantry to set up a few different STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) activities. Many students don't have a lot of access to STEM and Tech, so this gives us an opportunity to introduce other students and our local community to this.

We fundraised at the Junior Market at Esther Short Park! People played our carnival robot game, and we sold 3D prints and plants.
